Fourth Amendment - Search and Seizure

Just in case people don't understand what our "President" is doing wrong when he admits to illegally wire-tapping Americans without a warrant.

U.S. Constitution: Fourth Amendment

Fourth Amendment - Search and Seizure

Amendment Text | Annotations

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

You cannot spy on a U.S. citizen without probable cause and without a warrant...period.
