Lieberman continues to spout Republican talking points

After losing his chance to misrepresent the Democratic Party in Connecticut Senator Joseph Lieberman is hitting the campaign trail as an Independant and a sore loser.

Lieberman siting reports of a foiled terror plot in London, attacked Democratic nominee Ned Lamont yesterday and continued to falsely connect Iraq to terrorist threats in the U.S. Lieberman still believes Iraq has to do with 9/11, which has been proven false time and time again.

Lieberman is in lock-step with this White House since he made out with the President during the State of the Union address. Mr. Lieberman never questions this White House he just votes their desires everyday. Now he's walking around spitting Republican talking points at every opportunity. I don't know why he is not running as a Republican in Connecticut since he believes in their ideals and false beliefs so completely.

Now Mr. Lieberman’s taking the opportunity to politicize the recent events in London for political gain, like the entire G.O.P.

So why is Traitor Joe still a Democrat?

Terror and Republican opportunism

In an extremely predictable move, if you have been paying attention the last 5 years, the foiled terror plot in London is being used by Republicans running for office. Instead of actually stopping behavior that creates future terrorists Bush and the rest of the Republicans, I include Joe Lieberman with them, are stoking the "fear fires" with this latest incident.

Republicans are running around saying why people need to vote to "stay the course" and elect them in November. The evil Sith Lord, Dick Cheney surfaced from his underground lair to scare people as to why we are not safe, and then quickly crawled back under the rock from which he came. Today, Bush is in Wisconsin scaring middle America with more fear tactics.

So instead of waging a real offense against potential terrorists, they are waging a PR campaign of fear. Stay scared America just so they can keep ruining our country and lining their pockets with billions.

Bush gives Condi props : Condemns Middle East crisis to certain failure

"Condi is handling those conversations, and she's doing a fine job of doing so," Bush said.

Fourteen small words. Shouldn't have me so worried. Normally they wouldn't except when they are uttered by George W. Bush. As history will back me up, every time Bush pats someone on the back for the "fine job" he or she is doing it means they are failing. (See: Hurricane Katrina)

Does anyone remember Hurricane Katrina when Bush surfaced from his vacation, at that time; after ignoring a devastating catastrophe for four days while the world watched the massive incompetence and lack of care by the federal government of the light of the people of New Orleans, and the surrounding areas. Bush surfaced like the ground hog out of his hole deciding whether or not there will be six more weeks of winter or an early spring; and uttered those now famous words to FEMA Chief Michael Brown that he was doing a "heck of a job" taking care of the situation in the wake of Katrina. We all remember how that turned out.

So you can't blame me when Bush, on vacation yet again during a crisis, utters eerily similar words while people are being incinerated by senseless bombing runs by Israeli troops and Hezbollah missiles. You should be as worried as I am.

Save The Majority Report!

It seems like the geniuses at Air America Radio may be cancelling The Majority Report. I personally listen everyday and love the show. I get the news without all the spin and feel prepared to confront any neo-con on the issues of the day. We've already lost Janeane Garafalo, losing Sam Seder and the rest of the Majority Report crew would be devastating.

Listen to Ned Lamont and Joe Lieberman on TV today. Joe Lieberman is an awesome lier. If this guys is not a Republican I don't know what he is. Despite his claims to the contrary his voting record and support of Bush at every turn speaks for itself.

Vote for Lamont, it's time for a change.
